Product Description

The Rogue Resin Slant Board is manufactured in Michigan using compression-molded, 100% post-consumer recycled plastic—the same material used in our Resin Plyo Boxes and Resin Squat Wedges. Each board measures 13” wide x 10.5” deep, with a single standard incline of 25-degrees, rising to a height of 5.125” at the back (this is a significantly steeper incline than our 10-degree, 1” tall Resin Squat Wedge).

ROGUE RESIN SLANT BOARD

The Rogue Resin Slant Board is manufactured in Michigan using compression-molded, 100% post-consumer recycled plastic—the same material used in our Resin Plyo Boxes and Resin Squat Wedges. Each board measures 13” wide x 10.5” deep, with a single standard incline of 25-degrees, rising to a height of 5.125” at the back (this is a significantly steeper incline than our 10-degree, 1” tall Resin Squat Wedge).

Lightweight (4.75 LBS) and economical, the Rogue Resin Slant Board includes a ribbed grid underneath for added strength and a recessed handle molded into the design for easy grab-and-go portability. A debossed Rogue logo is featured at the top of the board, and 10 debossed horizontal lines run up the entire surface for added grip.

Slant Boards (often synonymous with squat wedges) have been increasingly adopted into major weight training programs in recent years as a means of isolating and strengthening the muscles that support the knee, improving ankle mobility, and reducing common injury risks. Along with squats, these boards can be used during pre and post-workout stretches (the calves and achilles can particularly benefit from inclined stretches) and for rehab training, helping to increase an athlete’s overall balance and stability. By changing the angle of the foot during certain movements, the slant board can precisely change which muscles are targeted during that movement, making it a simple but highly dynamic accessory that can benefit athletes of most sizes and ability levels.

IMPORTANT: Do Not Use the Rogue Resin Slant Board on hard or smooth surfaces where a slip-out is more likely to occur and potentially cause injury.

Please Note: Due to the use of recycled plastic in the Resin Slant Board, each board will be unique in appearance, with slight variations in color, color fleck, etc.

I do not use this for lifting
I use it to stretch my calves. Works well, but you have to have your heels on the floor or you will slide.
Yes, I recommend this product

Slant board
Great slant board, very sturdy. I did add anti-slip tape which helped a lot.

Like it a lot... bring on more options!
Need a 15 and 20 degree option and make it a few inches wider. Love the material being lighter and cheaper than the metal wedges. Need to apply grip tape if going barefoot otherwise grip is just fine when wearing shoes. Would like to see more from Rogue using this material as a lower cost option for other products. A fully molded dog sled would be cool (but keep the bar attachments metal)

Definitely will buy another
I bought this for my Aunt who for doing rehab exercises after a knee replacement. She loves it. It's a touch slick so it is best used on a carpeted floor or rubber mat, but it's solidly built like the plyo box I have made of the same material. I'll definitely be buying one for myself soon.

Green slant board?
I’m not real excited about the white plastic that was molded into the face of the slant board. The slant board is solid though.

Great tool!
Has really helped my stiff knees that were refusing to move forward in the squat. Would have been nice to come with suggested exercises. I found some great ones after some research.

Not the Knees Over Toes Guy, But I Get It
I love this slant board it does the job for many positions whether doing squats, calf raises, front foot elevated work. Sometimes it's a little slick, but, a little grip tape would fix it, also more grippy shoes.
