A handle cut-out on the top of the Squat Wedge allows the user to pick it up off the floor with ease, and the formed/bent side pieces double as helpful handles in their own right, either when carrying the wedge across a room or when transitioning to a side-holding position while placing a detent pin through the holes.

Elevating the heels on an inclined wedge during squats has been proven to increase range of motion, improve form, and better target the quad muscles; specifically the VMO, or vastus medialis oblique muscle, above the knee. This, in turn, can help stabilize and strengthen the knee joint and reduce injury risks down the road.
Single & Two Foot Sizes / Multiple Angles
Rogue Squat Wedges are available in two width options: 8.5” (sold as a pair and effective for single foot movements) and 30” (widest stance option for two feet). All three sizes come in (6) different angles, as well: 5°, 10°, 15°, 20°, 25°, and 30°. The greater the incline, the more quad dominant the squat will be. For maximizing squat depth, many athletes will want to select a wedge in the 10-20 degree range. For gyms with multiple wedges, Rogue laser cutouts and degree indicators help coaches and trainers quickly identify which angles are in use to better assist their athletes.

Designed and manufactured at Rogue HQ in Columbus, Ohio, our overbuilt Squat Wedges are the most durable and stable in the industry, made from 7-gauge or 11-gauge steel with a texture black powdercoat finish and 60-grit Grip Tape (applied by the user) for zero slip. The 30” wedge features a diamond-tread surface rather than grip tape.
Portable and Storable
All of our 8.5” include a patented two-hole feature that enables convenient storage on any of Rogue’s Monster, RM43, Monster Lite, or Infinity uprights / strips. A slot-and-tab design also makes it easy for multiple wedges to be aligned and nested together efficiently. A handle cutout is included on the top of each wedge (for quick pick-up off the floor), and the formed/bent side pieces function as extra handles when carrying the wedge or transitioning to a side hold while inserting a detent pin.
