Solid Rack!
Bought this rack in 2019 and till this day still happy with this system. The size was ideal and once bolted to the ground, this thing does not move. When I bought this, I changed the configurations slightly, having a single fat bar at the rear and skinny bar at the front, swapped out the standard j-cups for the sandwich one, plus having the spotter arms which makes it much easier to workout outside the cage since this is quite narrow being with the 24" depth as the 30 was not an option when purchased. Matador was a great addition to consider if you thinking about getting one. The only downside is that other accessories are slow to come by for Australia. Just have to wait it out or hope they do bring them into Australia. Not a single regret purchasing this rack. Highly recommended.

Another great Rogue design!
I've had this for several months now, attached with a ML wall mount kit. Great design, improvements over the original RML rack is evident. Mounting, expansion and add-on possibilities are endless. I chose the 390BT based on other user feedback as I too have space limitations in my garage gym, not bolting to the floor was also important to me. I also commend Rogue for the design of the Monster fold in rack (which I also have and my review was also entered for that) and both of them are mounted against the same side wall of my garage with the included stringers. They are holding my wall up! In any case, the 390BT is my go-to rack now, and it has been great for training for my son and me.

Excellent, so many options and solid build
I bought this rack a few months ago now. I’ve added some plate holders and hoping to add a dip station at some point. So far the rack has held up really well. Bolted to the floor, with just the double pull up bars for a top brace it’s really solid, no sway (I’m 200lbs and can’t move it when doing pull ups). I read the other review, not sure if there’s been an update but when I do set the J cups for bench press I’m still on the 1” spacing. I have rubber stall mats with the rack bolted to the floor so the rubber sets the bench around an inch higher due to that setup. I’m 6ft so my reach will be about average for most people and like I say, still on the 1” spacing for benching. The rack itself is exactly what you’d expect from Rogue, heavy duty, made to outlast your use of it. I would say if you’re stuck between getting a bolt together or a flat foot, go for the bolt together. Being able to bolt this thing to the ground adds that extra bit of rigidity to a rack which ain’t going to go anywhere.

Amazing rack
Bought this rack about a month ago and absolutely love it. Great powder coat finish and steel. It has a little bit of sway side to side when loaded with heavy weights but isn’t too noticeable. The rack is slightly wider than normal so unracking squats at first takes practice as the weights can hit the uprights.

Good for lower height ceiling
You can get creative with this model. I would have bought an R-3 shorty if they had one but this taller model actually worked great. mounted cross members one hole down and subsequently pull up bars are now low enough to to use and not hit my head on ceiling. Loving that I am supporting American manufacturing that also supports BLM. Win-win.

Well Constructed and Perfect Size
The rack is very well constructed and is a perfect size for my basement gym. I still have no weight plates yet so can't comment on actually using the rack but I'm sure it will be great. Only two small issues, the paper instructions were not for my rack model but it was not hard to figure it out and the hardware was short two sets of bolts, washers and nuts for the fat/skinny bar. I went to the hardware store and got what I needed.
