There are two training sessions per week across the 8-week program, ranging from 20 to 40 minutes. These sessions are written with the intention of complementing an athlete’s existing regimen as either a finisher or an accessory piece. Each session also includes a specific focus, from strength development to stamina, movement control, grip strength, and accessory work.
