Does not stay put
I've tried using the bands a few times and they stay put if you don't move much but if you try to do anything that requires more movement like hip bridges, squat jumps or crab walk, the band will roll and becomes painful to use. I avoid using them when I have to because it's annoying to have to keep readjusting.

Great bands while they last
Bought a set 5 months ago. It snapped during a hip stability workout. Was only the second time using the green band. Apparently the warranty is only 90 days, this item is not listed on Rogue's Warranty information any place.

Great set of loop bands
I picked these up as part of a 3 ships for free and am very pleased. My wife comes up with interesting exercises that require mini loop bands. These ones feel like they are incredibly well made. No worrying about anything snapping.
