My 1st time ever purchasing the Rogue Fitness brand band. You can definitely see the difference when comparing to other bands

When my 12” Rogue Monster Mini Bands arrived, my first reaction was that I may have made a mistake. They are short. Compared with the 41” Monster Bands I was already using on my home gym setup, I initially struggled to see how I was going to get much useful range of motion out of them. Then I started experimenting. The breakthrough was incorporating strap loops as handles. I attach the strap loops to the Mini Bands and suddenly the short length becomes an advantage rather than a limitation. With the band anchored to the crossmember I added to my Rogue SML-1, the setup works especially well for standing triceps pushdowns. The 12” band provides tension almost immediately, while the strap loops give me a comfortable grip and add just enough effective length to allow a natural range of motion. I’ve also found that the short bands are exceptionally convenient when I don’t want all the extra length of a standard 41” resistance band. There’s very little slack to manage, and the resistance ramps up quickly as the band stretches. The construction is exactly what I’ve come to expect from Rogue: thick, substantial, and clearly designed for serious use. I bought the Mini Bands thinking they might fill a small niche in my home gym. After figuring out the right setup, they’ve become one of my favorite ways to do accessory work. If you receive these and initially think, “What am I supposed to do with a band this short?”—give them a chance. Add a pair of strap loops or handles and start experimenting with anchor points. Five stars. Sometimes the equipment isn’t too short. The owner just needs a few minutes to catch up.

The bands are as advertised. I appreciate the range of resistances.

To short to do stuff with. Length 2 together and that worked.

I purchased these first because I love the regular rogue bands at the gym. I use them quite regularly and have found them a great tool to have. Secondly, I needed something that would fit in my workout bag, pocket, and work bag alike. I am constantly taking moments to stretch and move my body as someone who sits at a desk. These bands are a great way to fit in micro workouts during my day, as well as aid in gym sets as originally intended. If you want a way to get a whole body workout in your pocket though, these have become my favorite tool for that.

Great bands, would have been perfect for band deadlifts at home but as other reviewers have mentioned, the ones I got were of noticeably uneven lengths. Wish Rogue could step up their quality control as if it weren't for this issue the bands would have been exactly what I was looking for.
