Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Investment I purchased this squat rack in 2013 and I fell in love with it instantly. I have made all my gains on this squat rack without any issues. It's been three years and not a single problem with it. I've thrown over 500 lbs on this rack and it doesn't even budge an inch. I don't have it nailed down either and I haven't had any issues. Paint holds up great even though I used it everyday. When doing pull ups it again doesn't budge an inch. Highly recommend this product. I don't really see a need to do the monster series besides the number cut outs. Great job Rogue, look forward to buying more products from you!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Only squat stand I'll ever have to buy! I bought this squat stand while I was deployed. It sat in boxes on my garage floor for 6 months until I could get back and put it together. I was nervous that there would be a needed part missing or something, but nope. No issues at all building it. It took longer to build because I was letting my little kids help and we kept stopping to ooh and ahh over the quality of this equipment. Rogue is an awesome company. Their workmanship speaks for itself and their customer service is top-notch. I'm impressed and a customer for life. Just not buying another squat stand. Don't have to. This one will live longer than I will, it seems.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Rack After searching high and low for a rack I finally settled on this one and could not be happier. This thing is a beast, easy to assemble and looks great too. So, I wanted to write this review to just make people aware and has no bearing on my complete satisfaction. This rack is in my basement and I did not want to bolt it to the floor. Therefore, since I am 5'9" 200lbs and knowing I would perform pull ups on this rack. I did purchase plate storage for this rack. Performing kipping or butterfly pull ups without plates loaded this rack will move on you. However, load up your plate storage and you are good to go! Plus I now have a place to put my weights. :) Hope this helps!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 18 month product review I purchased the SML-2 to use in my garage that I converted into my personal training studio. I did upgrade to the half rack to allow for weight storage. I also added another cross beam to brace the rear posts which also serves as additonal storage for fractional plates. Adjustable monolift, safety arms, and matador attachment finish off what I consider a perfect rack. It can easily handle all the major compound movements and you can curl in it too.. LOL. Is it expensive? Not really. Costs only a little more then the junk you find at Dick's Sporting Goods or similar store's. I expect the SML-2 will be used by my 4 yr old son when he hits his teens. I love it. My clients love it. You'll love it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Phenomenal Quality, Paint TBD Just acquired an SML-2 very lightly used and am thrilled. The most important feature for me is the safety spotter arms, which will let me really go for it on squats and bench presses. The quality is superb...all the welds and laser cuts are very precise and the stand will hold more weight than I could possibly ever lift. My only concern is that moving the safety spotter arms is going to quickly scrape/wear the paint off the uprights and the back of the spotter arms. It won't impact the integrity of the unit, but it won't retain its awesome look for long. A small quibble, but some sort of surface treatments in the right place would help prevent this type of wear.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great add ons, easy to put together, well made! Bought this about a month ago after gyms closed. Needed something that was made of quality and would allow me to continue various crossfit movements. Almost purchased the SML 3 but this stand is solid and I’m very happy with it. Took about a half hour to put together with 2 friends. Decided to get the single pull-up bar after talking with customer service which is great also. Works well with the matador, wall ball target and Olympic Rings and straps. I could write a novel about this squat rack but definitely well worth the purchase for an at home gym!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great stand, finish is unsat, rust developing I bought this rack in Feb 2016 for my garage gym. Fairly infrequent use as I'm still a member of my CF box but wanted a minimal garage set up for my own. Stand is solid. My 250# boyfriend can do kipping pull ups and C2B without the thing moving at all. However, I'm rating 4 stars because after just over a year and to be honest, maybe a total of 50 workouts with it, the flat back finish is feeling in NUMEROUS places and rust is even starting to develop. Every speaks of what high quality rogue equipment is but this let me down a bit. Not looking forward to having a super rusty rack in 3 or so years.....

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing Received this black beauty yesterday, It came in 7 different boxes, all packaged professionally, very easy to put together as long as you have the proper tools ahead of time which i did, I put it together myself and it took about 45 minutes, just used a small stepladder to attach the pull up bar. this thing will still be standing even if my house blew away. Very Happy. It is not a cheap piece of equipment to buy after you add the safety spotter arms but definitely worth it.. you pay for what you get and I got an amazing well built product. this wasn't my first and definitely not my last purchase from Rogue.
