This updated design features (4) hi-precision cartridge ball bearings, a 10' polyurethane cable, and 5.25" tapered handles (16.5mm diameter) with a TPE overmold for a firm, no-slip grip. Speal can hit over 250 double-unders in two minutes, so any jump rope he approves of has to be optimized for top-end revolutions.

The official bearing speed rope of longtime Rogue athlete and CrossFit legend Chris Spealler. This updated design features (4) hi-precision cartridge ball bearings, a 10' polyurethane cable, and 5.25" tapered handles (16.5mm diameter) with a TPE overmold for a firm, no-slip grip. Speal can hit over 250 double-unders in two minutes, so any jump rope he approves of has to be optimized for top-end revolutions.
Softer and more flexible than nylon, the 3/32" Polyurethane speed cable included with this rope is highly durable, and won’t show much coil after being rolled up in a gym bag.
Version 2.0 of the Spealler SR-1S Speed Rope also includes a new look, with a dark grey coating on the cable and overmold, laser blue handles, Rogue logo badges, and an exclusive endcap featuring the Chris Spealler "7-Fire" logo.

Great rope
Bought as a replacement for my SR-1. This is MUCH nicer. Higher quality grips and the rope itself is more flexible. It is quite light; I wouldn’t recommend this to someone just getting started.

Handlesnare flimsy, rope is solid
The first time i used this rope the handle broke in the middle making doubles that much harder. The bearings are smooth and the rope spins just right. Not a speed rope, but quicker than average.

Stiff cable
Love the orange replacement cable, looks very slick on my Spealler SR-1S. Just seems like it’s taking a longtime to break in. It is a very “Stiff” cable not as loose/broken in as the original cable on my SR-1S rope.

Great rope
Someone lent me this rope one day to try it out and I become in love with it. Bought my own and been using it for the last 5/6 year (had to change the cable due to wear it out using it over cement floor during the pandemic) and I´m not changing it. It´s super fast and light and I improve my double unders massibly. Maybe the handles are a bit small and should try bigger ones, but that´s up to each one preference. Be advise, the adjustable screw needs a readjust after setting it up and jump a few times, otherwise it will fly away.

Over the years, I’ve tried A LOT of ropes. Double unders are my jam. They are the one movement I’ve always LOVED and been good at. This rope is THE absolute best. You will not regret purchasing it. The speed is amazing.
