Excellent speed rope
I bought this speed rope about a month ago so that I could compare it to another one that I had. I prefer this one! I constantly struggled with double unders with my other rope, but I’ve been able to PR with the rogue speed rope. I can’t say for sure if the rope really made the difference, but I definitely favor this one. The handles are not too skinny or too big. They’re perfect for small hands.

Getting in the flow
The rope I purchased was great. New to skipping, I am inspired. I would have liked instructions in how to set up the length of the rope. Other than that everything is outstanding.

I thought I liked jump rope as a form of cardio to start and finish my workouts, it seems now that I was but a naïve child then. With this rope it’s totally changed how much I love it! So easy to use (I know it sounds crazy bc how is a rope HARD to use but it’s great).

I imagine this is how the old school athletes trained; because when this rope hits you, it stings! LOL. But we all know that. I do caution you to be aware of what surface to employ it. If you doing in gravel, the rope will frayed very easily and affect the durability.
