Using a lighter adhesive than the “Scary Sticky” Goat Tape brand, Soft Tape is more like traditional athletic tape in terms of stick—but with a noticeably softer feel. This helps prevent “gumming up” during gymnastic movements on the bar while also reducing friction during repetitive, high intensity workouts.
