BLACKROLL® Booster + Slim Roller Set

This package combines Blackroll’s 30x10cm Slim Foam Roller with a vibrating core insert called The Booster, creating a perfect marriage of massage and vibration that’s optimal for activating muscles and tissue. The Booster is continuously adjustable from as low as 12 Hz to as high as 56 Hz, and when nestled in the Slim Roller, it enables a much more intense massage at a fraction of the cost of some vibration therapy tools.

The Booster and Slim Roller can still be used independently, as well, with both easily fitting in any gym bag for anytime, anywhere use. 

The BLACKROLL® Booster has a wide range of vibration levels and is easy to operate with just two buttons. Its Vibra Motion Technology offers an even greater variety of massage options; tensions are targeted and released while the surrounding tissue is stimulated, targeting knots and their myofascial proximities. A stronger distribution of fluid throughout the fascia contributes to better release and faster recovery, and the vibration even reduces some of the pain sometimes associated with rolling. Blackroll recommends using Low Frequency at High Amplitude for effective tissue relaxation / recovery, and High Frequency at High Amplitude for effective tissue stimulation (activation / warm-up).
