Rock Mat

From the makers of the Toe Spacer comes the therapeutic Rock Mat, a unique foot therapy pad designed for use in the gym, the office, the kitchen . . . anywhere you can stand or walk in place for prolonged periods. The mat’s firm foam construction and varying sizes of built-in mounds help to replicate the feel of walking on rocks; hitting different pressure points on the soles of your feet.

Regular use can stimulate over 200,000 foot nerve endings while training and increasing the user’s natural proprioceptive capacity. Long term results can also include improved circulation and reduced foot pain and tension.

The Rock Mat measures 21” x 12” and can be ordered on its own or as part of a combo package with a pair of flexible silicone Toe Spacers. 

Please Note: If the mat is too firm at first, try putting a towel over the mounds to soften the pressure, or place the mat on top of a softer surface like a yoga mat or carpet.
