Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect dip station Another great pick up from these guys. I didn't have room on my rack to install this without having to remove other attachments each time I want to use it. I love dips so it was a problem. The wall mount solved the problem so everything is accessible without the hassle. The bars are the perfect width for my frame and I'm only 5'10. I'd read it was a little on the wide side but not for me. Nice thick grips and I'm sure you already know how overbuilt everything they make is. So far I'm ten for ten on every purchase made from Rogue. No regrets at all.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect Fit for HR-2 The Monster Lite Matador is relatively sturdy for it's weight. I'm surprised it only requires 1 pin to keep it in place. I think the Matador is a bargain, but the shipping and handling made me question this purchase a little. The UPS delivery service took about 1 week, which kind of explains why the box looked worn-out and torn. I didn't see any major damage to the Matador though. The delivery service gets a 2/5, but the product earns a 5/5 rating. The Matador can be easily removed. You can conveniently remove it during a pause between exercises.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome Purchased this with my RML-390 flat foot rack and I love it. Previously I had a free-standing dip station that was cumbersome to get on and off, especially when adding weight on a dip belt. With the matador I can select exactly where I want to place the attachment, based on my height. This doesn't seem like a big deal, but when you have 180+lbs of added weight on a dip belt it makes a big difference. Taking the unit on and off takes all of 2 seconds. I am 5'7" and have absolutely no problem with the width of the handles...they taper out the further you go much like any other standard dip station. The feel is excellent and much like all of my other Rogue equipment, it is solid without feeling too heavy. Another excellent product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from exactly what I wanted! Bars are roughly 14" long. Bars come out in a "V" angle with 17" separation at the narrowest point, stretching out to 23" at the end. At 6'8" tall, I'm able to get a full range of motion by gripping the very end of the bar. Once affixed to the rack, there is a very slight 'wiggle'. This didn't bother me and it has always felt sturdy - but due to this slight amount of movement, the steel rubbing on steel has removed a small amount of the finish off of my rack (created about a 1/2" rubbing spot). Overall a very well made piece of equipment, I'm very happy with the purchase. Thanks Rogue!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Monster Lite Matador Bought this 3 months ago and use it about twice a week. Took a little while to get use to getting the thing on and off my rack as it was extremely tight. I've got the hang of it now and can get it on and off in a few seconds (use the handles and wiggle it as you push it works for mine). This thing is built like a tank as you would expect from Rogue so no surprise there. My rack is bolted down and this thing feels rock solid doing weighted dips off the front of it. I like that the grip width tapers in so it will work for lots of different sized people. Overall great product and very nice addition to the home gym.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Too wide for women Definitely a solid piece of equipment, but clearly not made to accomodate the fact that women have narrower shoulders. I'm an average size woman, but this was basically unusable for me even at the narrowest point (which was difficult to use there because then my head would be really close to the upright). I had to sell it. I have made many other purchases from Rogue that I've been happy with, but this was a disappointment.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is almost a must have item for the ML rack I’ve had this Matador for about a month. It slides on and off my RML-490 easily without making a scuff on the powder coat finish. And it is absolutely rock solid. My buddy and I have done in weighted and weighted dips... probably loaded 250 or more lbs onto it. No movement/wobble/etc. And! the price is better/more competitive than a knock off conpany like Titan’s similar product. The quick disconnect pin is great, and the angle makes narrower and wider grips possible. I’m 5’8” and I have no issues with width. I could see someone under 5’ having a hard time, but most people will find this allows natural hand placement within their range. Definitely pull the trigger if you are thinking about it. Prob the most used thing on my rack.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to use attachment 9 months old now and still a staple on my rogue 490-c rack. Comes completely assembled. One single pin to attach it to the rack. It's held up to 2-3 times weekly use. I even found a way to wrap some bands around it so my girlfriend can do band assisted tricep dips. Plenty of room between the two bars and you can adjust how far in or out you are depending on how far in or out you like your elbows. Feels very sturdy. I have never had any issues with it rocking side to side or feeling "weak" like it wound drop me.
