Rogue Abram GHD 2.0

The Rogue Abram GHD 2.0

The premier training level Glute Ham Developer on the market—now with easier/smoother adjustments and greater portability at the same budget-friendly price.

Like the original Rogue Abram GHD, version 2.0 is a comprehensive tool for midline stabilization and the strengthening of hamstrings and glutes in a way that's functionally transferable to an athlete’s sport.* The split pad is horizontally adjustable and the vertical position is in the ideal angle for peak muscle recruitment, helping the user develop core-to-extremity power and strength. The new Abram’s key improvements were made through a combination of customer feedback and design innovations from Rogue’s own heavy-duty Monster Swing-Arm GHD. The goal: to re-create the Abram GHD with an advanced 10-slot roller assembly that makes adjustments easier without sacrificing stability, durability, or affordability.

The Rogue design team achieved this by:

Increased Stability

The single piece chassis construction along the length eliminates joints that may move when under intense use.

Quicker Adjustments

By utilizing similar technology found in our collegiate style GHD, a varying range of athletes can quickly and easily adjust the roller assembly to the desired setting.

Enhanced Mobility

The triangular design and wheels allow for greater portability not typically found in a GHD.

The finished product is a state-of-the-art GHD that’s fully adjustable with minimal effort and equipped to remain steady while generating peak power output. With a set of wheels and handles included standard, it’s also the perfect Glute Ham Developer for any garage gym or training facility where space is at a premium. Adjust it, use it, move it. Make it work for you.

Rogue Abram GHD 2.0 is rated 4.9 out of 5 by 78.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Sturdy I am very happy with it. It is much better than Rogue GH-1 Abram GHD that I used at the gym, because it is much easier to adjust the distance with the swing-arm. It was pretty easy to put together. I did it all by myself. I only had my husband hold the swing-arm in place while I put the screws in. The only thing I would suggest is that you sort out all the screws before you start putting it together, because there are different sizes for different parts of the equipment. I really enjoy doing Sit-Ups on it, it definitely works my lower abs much better than leg lifts.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Typical overbuilt Rogue product I was trying to decide between this and the GH-1. Since this is for my home gym, I didn't need that much adjustability, but having the option to adjust the length AND height of the footplate is to have (the GH-1 no longer has the holes in the cross beam to secure the footpad based on recent review). The bolt-together design is plenty sturdy and definitely feels sturdier than the welded version at my old gym. There was very little movement (if any at all) of the footplate during movements (granted I'm just 5'9", 170lbs). I fully admit I'm a Rogue fanboy, but while Rogue equipment does cost a little more than some other companies, they are built in the USA and are just plain quality products backed up by great customer service.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Check the pads One of my pads stared “leaking” and when I pulled it off to check I noticed the cover was coming off. I put a few staples in it then pulled off the other one to check... Other than that the craftsmanship is like everything else Rogue makes, sturdy, reliable and functional. The number of staples in the pad seems a silly thing to dock a star for but without the pad you’re doing nothing with this machine.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best GHD I've had this since the 2015 Open by far this is the best bang for your buck GHD. Really easy to adjust the foot position between tall and short people. So much better than the first GHD which is a pain to adjust. The only thing that I would change is the wheels. Those little bitty wheels work but not well. I participated as part of the Rouge Crew during the 2016 Crossfit Reginals. The wheels that where attached to the GHD where far superior. I wish you would make those available to sale for this product. Other than that This GHD is the best I'm really happy with the purchase.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 10 out of 10. I bought the Rogue Abram GHD 2.0 about a month or so ago. Having never used a GHD device before I took a chance on Rogue because of their stellar reputation and positive reviews. As soon as my GHD arrived I was taken aback by the weight of the boxes, they were heavy. So much so that I decided to wear a belt to move them down to the basement. The parts of the apparatus are heavy duty very well made American steel. The pads are comfortable. Overall it functions well, is well made and I believe it will last at last indefinitely with minimal care. I would buy it again and have recommended it to many of my friends and family. Money well spent. Attention ROGUE, you have made me a customer for life. Keep up the quality craftsmanship.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just Awesome I finally got this, it's been on my gym wish-list for some time. The build is solid, finish and quality are what you would expect from Rogue, and made is the USA. I love the quick adjustment feature - makes switching between exercises and set-up for my spouse really easy and allows you to consistently return to previous positions. My gym takes up one car spot in a two car garage and I have the GHD sit next to my concept 2, both in front of my Rogue squat rack. This added a lot of functionality to what I could accomplish at home and have really enjoyed having it - go for it!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Impressed Just got my new addition to my garage gym. Built solid. Feels tough. Does the job. The swing arm makes it easy for me to transition. I love it. My only gripe is that a few of the pieces had scrapes in them. Not enough for me to send them back but just enough to make you mad. Other then that I am very happy with the purchase. Fyi. You will need a 3/4" and 9/16" socket for this. By myself, took me about an hour. Oh almost forgot. It only took about 3 days for this to get to me. Very happy with shipping time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Solid!!! I purchased this to add to my home gym. Very solid, I am 6'7" and it has enough adjustment even for me. It's taller than others I have used which is better for the stretch. Very easy to assemble.
