Looking for accessories to expand your training options? Then add a set of Gymnastic Wood Rings, or a Flat Pack Games Box for plyo work. Need storage? Just select the convenient Vertical Plate Tree. Add in an AB-2 Firm Abmat for core work, or a Rogue Games Box for extra plyo box. Important: The MLW-4 Wall Mount Rig must be bolted to both the floor and wall, and should only be mounted into solid wood studs or concrete. Metal studs or drywall are NOT recommended for this set-up.
