Rogue Acquires HARDI Facility in Davenport; To Be New Home of Reflex Fitness

Columbus, OH – February 26, 2021 – Rogue Fitness has announced the purchase of the HARDI industrial complex in Davenport, Iowa, and will establish it as the new manufacturing headquarters of Reflex Fitness Products, a Rogue subsidiary.

Formerly the headquarters of HARDI North America, the acquired factory space is located at 1500 W. 76th Street, off of Interstate-80 and near the Davenport Municipal Airport. Three modern, expansive buildings are included within the complex, covering more than 135,000 square feet. The Main Building (101,780 sq. ft.) opened in 1995 and was renovated as recently as 2015. Outbuilding #1 (18,360 sq. ft.) and Outbuilding #2 (15,500 sq. ft.) were erected between 2006 and 2007. The overall property covers a total of 19.31 acres.

Reflex Fitness, established in 1990, will occupy all three facilities and utilize them for the manufacturing and distribution of strength and conditioning equipment. Operating as a subsidiary of Rogue Fitness since 2018, Reflex will be relocating from its current plant in Milan, Illinois; located 15 minutes south of Davenport. The move will open up considerable opportunity for expansion and improved processing capabilities, which had been limited within the 18,000 sq. ft. Milan factory.

The new facility already includes existing cranes and a powder coating line, which Reflex will retain and utilize. The plant’s 21st century design will enable clear height and loading for greater efficiency in product storage, receiving, and distribution, and the 19 acres of land offer the option for more developments on site. A spacious, comfortable working environment will be also be welcome for worker morale, pride, and recruitment.

Further announcements on time tables for the Reflex move to Davenport will be announced soon.
