Rogue Athlete Joe Kovacs Strength Training For Olympic Trials

Joe Kovacs, World Champion shot putter, Olympic Silver Medallist and Rogue Athlete has been hard at work preparing for the upcoming Olympic Trials in June 2024.

His preparation combines heavy strength training and mobility work, all executed from his basement home gym. In May, Joe will transition almost entirely to shot put training on the road to qualifying for Paris through U.S. Olympic Team Trials in Eugene, Oregon in June.
