How Rogue Monster Hardware Is Made

Published: February 26, 2026

Watch the full factory process behind Rogue’s precision 1-inch nuts and bolts — forged from American steel and built to handle extreme loads inside our Monster Series racks and rigs. Massive 5,000 lb wire rod coils arrive at Nucor Fasteners in St. Joe, Indiana, where they’re cleaned, annealed, cold headed, thread rolled, heat treated, and rigorously tested. From there, components travel to H & M Metal Processing in Akron, Ohio to receive Rogue’s signature blackened finish via thermal chemical diffusion for corrosion resistance and durability. Every step ensures high-tensile Monster hardware engineered in the USA to match the strength of Rogue Monster Racks and rigs.
