Rogue Wrist Wraps – White Series (Extra Support)

Available in the standard lengths of 12”, 18”, and 24”, Rogue White Series Wrist Wraps are designed 30% stiffer than our standard Rogue Wrist Wraps, providing an extra level of support without raising the price tag. For most athletes, using a 12” long White Series wrap provides about the same support as an 18” standard wrap. Less wrap and more support is a good thing.

White Series Wrist Wraps are sold in pairs and are made from a cotton/elastic/polyester blend that’s comfortable on the skin and absorbs excess moisture. Whether you're rehabbing from a wrist injury or looking to prevent one, these wraps offer greater wrist stability any time you are pressing or going overhead during weightlifting, powerlifting, and strongman training.

Sizing Suggestions:

  • 12” or 18” Wraps = Ample support + wrist mobility for Oly lifts.
  • 18” or 24” Wraps = Extra support for Powerlifting & Strongman training, less wrist mobility.

Rogue Wrist Wraps - White Series is rated 4.9 out of 5 by 147.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Not for Powerlifting Like all products sold by Rogue, the design is well thought out, construction is high quality, price is reasonable, and fulfillment is near instant. However, the 24" length includes the velcro and the tension is insufficient for powerlifting. For powerlifting, you want your wrist to be near-casted to augment weights that your wrist was not designed to bear. Having begun in Crossfit and evolved into powerlifting, I'd recommend these wraps for power cleans, but look elsewhere for something to assist an exercise requiring a fixed wrist.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Recommended. 12" and 24" review Have been using these wraps for some time and highly recommend. I use the 12” and typically only use them when there will be a lot of movements that put a lot of stress on the wrist (high volume/heavy thrusters , handstand pushups, heavy clean and jerk, etc). For these movements, they provide the perfect amount of support while still being flexible and I don’t see the need for anything thicker. You can tighten or loosen accordingly depending on the workout for less or more support. Note the ‘white series’ says it’s a stronger material than the other colors. (These are the only ones I've bought so can't compare). I also like that these are extremely quick to put on and take off. I have also used standard gymnastics grips in addition to these without much of an issue. After about a year and half of use they still hold up great with no quality issues other than a bit of wear and tear. Also I don’t have any issues with skin irritation. When you wash them though, would recommend washing then air drying because the dryer messes up the elastic on the thumb strap. 24" Inch. Recently had a serious wrist (tfcc) injury which resulted in me not using my wrist for a couple months and then easing back into workouts. Bought the 24” wraps. These things provide massive support. I couldn’t imagine using these normally for anything other than very heavy strongman/powerlifting activity. For injury recovery though they have been a lifesaver. I can wrap in different ways depending on the exercise movement and it has allowed me the ease back into things with my training while protecting my wrist. I still have some flexibility using them but able to keep my wrist much more immobile than with my 12" ones. Only downside of these larger ones is they tend to cut off circulation so you have to remember to unwrap between sets. Would only recommend these for very heavy lifting or for protection after coming off an injury. As a point of reference, I’m a 5’8,” 175lb guy with average wrist size.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Dont wait buy them now! I was starting to feel some aches and pains in my wrists. Finally decided it was time to buy some wrist wraps. I bought the 18" wraps and they fit perfect in that they do not limit your movement to much, but provide the right amount of stability with any push exercise. They appear to be made very well, but I cannot comment on the overall longevity as I have only had them a few weeks. I have not experienced any issues with the straps loosening, but even if they did, you can easily readjust them at any time. Overall, I am extremely happy with the wraps and this is just another fine crossfit product produced by Rogue.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product! These are great! Like many, my wrists would just kill me after any front rack movements. I ordered the 12" and I have relatively big wrists. These offer great support with good mobility. I had no problem with cleans or jerks. I was able to jump into the next set without having to shake out and stretch my wrists. Highly recommended!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Totally great 18" is a bit too long and if you get it too tight it can cut off circulation go with 12" because its more versatile>
