Rogue Parallel Landmine Handle

Rogue Parallel Landmine Handle

Rogue’s Parallel Landmine Handles can be used in conjunction with either the Rogue Landmine, Post Landmine. Available with your choice of standard grip (1.3” diameter), this compact attachment slides securely over the end of any Olympic barbell. The difference is in the design, as the Parallel Handles feature more of a triangular, row-handle inspired shape, with laser-cut steel plating.

The seamless interior and beveled edge of the connective tubing help prevent any damage to your bar’s sleeve over repeated uses, while the unique, formed shape of the handles ensures they won’t get in the way during training.

All Rogue Parallel Landmine Handles measure 8.75” in length and include a signature, black powder coat finish for optimal grip. Use them for landmine rows, pulls, presses, rotational drills, and more.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Bomb proof (standard grip) Typical quality you've come to expect from Rogue. This handle is built like a tank and really increases the ROM for rows (compared to my old method of using a neutral or parallel pulley grip under the bar). They've engineered it well by putting the handles behind the weights so the plates are out in front of you. The only thing I can think I'd like differently is knurled handles. I'd argue you don't need the fat grip because that's what FatGripz are for.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Comically Overbuilt (cont'd) I forgot to mention in my initial review an absolutely awesome feature of this handle, whether intentional or not. When flipped upside down, it can be used as a sort of jack for loading plates onto the bar sleeve. Simply lift the bar sleeve from the floor and gravity will flip the handle into place. Then set down the sleeve and begin loading plates! One other thing I forgot to note is unfortunately a negative I have discovered, and that is that because the handle is so large and deep, you cannot bring it very close to your body, thus limiting your range of motion on the concentric portion of the movement.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Well done Is this piece of equipment necessary, no. You could just do single arm rows but.... This thing is built like great. It has a snug fit on the sleeve, the shape allows you to load up a lot of plates and I love the fat grip option. I can go heavier then I would doing single arm rows and blast out my grip as well. Follow a heavy pyramid set of parallel rows with burnout single arm rows and your back will love you. Then repeat using their T-bar handle, oh the burn! Thank you rogue for making it possible for me to avoid "back day" at globo gyms.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Super high quality The angle and height of this attachment is perfect. My first rep I had a big smile on my face knowing I made a wise decision picking this up. It doesn't have knurling but I feel secure lifting so far without it. I bought the standard size grip and it feels great with and without gloves. Between this and the spud inc pulley system I saved a ton of money and space at the same time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect tool for the job The build strength is excellent, of course, and initially it seemed a little too large for its purpose – until I used it. Then I really appreciated the grip width and how it contributes to a long range of motion. Also, the depth is perfect if you’re using bumpers; the depth and the concave cut-out contribute to the great ROM, and the depth means you can use the handle as a stand while loading the bar. The grip handles aren’t knurled, but the powder coat offers plenty of grip. I use this on a stainless bar, and I really appreciate that the edges of the bar sleeve tube are filed smooth and covered in powder coat (as are all the welds). My only suggestion is that they should try to coat the entire inside of the bar sleeve tube (mine has a 1” band of rusted steel inside the tube – which isn’t good for a stainless bar). Overall a great piece of gear!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I was on the fence for a while... I'm a huge TBar row guy, I'm the guy that cringes when I see guys YANKING it up using their legs and TERRIBLE form. This is one of my favorite back exercises and I LOVE the way this is built!!! No restriction whatsoever!!! Bend your knees, arch your back, chest out and PULL!!!! The handles are SOLID AND THE SLANT Facing the weight IS PERFECT!!! this doesn't get in the way at ALL!!!! Thanks Rogue!!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Comically Overbuilt Received my Fat Grip Handle yesterday. The proportions of this thing are actually comical. I mean that in a good and complimentary way, but yes, comical. It weighs close to 15 pounds, to the point where you factor it in the total weight of your lifts. This handle is literally 4 to 5 times bigger than any close grip handle I have ever used at a commercial gym (on cable machines, etc). Again, as great as Rogue’s website is, as good as the pictures are and as detailed as the information is, nonetheless a common thread among fabricators seems to be a complete pictoral understatement of the appearance and scope of the products. The lines are incredibly clean, and the laser cut name alone sold me on the product. The welds are very neat and the powder coating appears to be top notch. I accidentally smashed it into my Ohio Power Bar, and there was hardly even a scuff on the coating of the handle. Some older reviews for Rogue products complain about the quality of the powder coating, but I now see newer product reviews praising the coatings and suggesting that Rogue has made big improvements in that department. My experience so far certainly seems to support that. Not much else to say otherwise; it's a simple product
