Rogue Monster Single Leg Roller 2.0
Patented redesign for Quicker Adjustments

Compatible exclusively with Rogue’s Monster line of racks, rigs, and squat stands, the Monster Leg Roller 2.0 introduces a range of updated features for greater stability, functionality, and quicker set-up and removal.

Each single foam roller is assembled in Columbus, Ohio, and equipped with a heavy duty, vinyl-upholstered foot pad measuring 4.25" in diameter and 16” across (3” longer than the original model). For Version 2.0, we’ve also replaced the original shaft collars with (2) custom shaft collars machined in house. These new collars come with set screws that lock into place and keep the roller from moving up and down the shaft. A patent pending, knurled screw-on nut (also machined in-house) allows athletes to easily remove, move, and re-mount the roller without the need of a wrench or other tools.

Important: The Monster Knurled Knob does NOT have a locking feature, and thus should be checked prior to each use. The knob could potentially be loosened more quickly under dynamic movements.

Note: Roller Pad dimensional tolerances : +0" / -0.5"

Does what it needs to, squeaks a little.
A roller is a roller, right?! The knob to hold it in place is convenient as it gets moved around a lot between me & my wife and both strength & stretching. The padding is sturdy although I wonder how long it's going to hold its shape, and it squeaks although that seems to depend on the exercises and how tight the knob is. The 'roller' doesn't roll, so if you need that you should look elsewhere. When I first got it, I thought it could have benefitted from being about 5 inches longer. I was using it on both the inside & outside of my SM 2.5 rack, and knocked the knee of my supported leg on the rack a few times because I was position too close to the rack. Since I've started using a BB, with the roller on the inside, I'm obviously positioning centre of the BB and no longer knocking my knees. I've considered getting a 2nd one so I don't need to switch sides when doing Bulgarian squats, although it'd make it harder to get under the bar. Overall I'm happy with the purchase & would recommend.

2.0 single leg roller
I really like my 2.0 roller. It makes split squats fo me so much better. The padding seems to be just right for me, not to soft and not to slick or hard. It fits great on my rm4 rack. Nice knob and knurling on the nut. Its easy to put on and take off.

This is one of the best leg rollers
Depending on the exercise, I prefer a thick leg roller with a lot of spin, or a more narrow leg roller with a "stiffer" spin. I like the former for split squats and the latter for leg lever exercises where you don't want the roller to roll up and down the leg as much. The latter also works better when you need to use both in close proximity. For example if I'm using leg rollers as shoulder pads on a fig jammer, these are superior to stray dogs leg rollers which are high quality, but too bulky and spin freely. Like I said, it depends on the exercise, but this and the stray dog leg rollers are the best depending on what you do with them.

It's not a "roller"
Unlike the very obvious name suggests, this doesn't actually "roll." It's fixed, it doesn't spin. Not the end of the world depending on what you're doing with it, but keep that in mind. If you were hoping to use it to roll out your legs or something, whomp whomp. Construction is fine; like most Rogue stuff it's overbuilt and too rough around the edges for the price charged - weld spatter, paint drips, etc. Which doesn't REALLY matter but...come on. Stop making "Made in the USA" a joke.

Fits great, very secure and sturdy.
Definitely the best leg rollers out there. They fit very snug on my 3x3 rack. I love the screw tight locking mechanism. It really makes them feel sturdy.

Falls apart
The pieces all fall apart/detach pretty easily making the pad slide off. They have holes for screws but no screws in them. Great idea and I love the concept but need better execution. I have two and it’s the same issue with both.

Excellent and versatile rack accessory
Only two months of light use, but so far pleased with quality and versatility. Best feature for me is the knurled quick on/off knob which stays in place when hand tight. I feel a little flex I wish wasn’t there when putting weight just on far end. Also wish it had option to lock pad so it doesn’t spin. Otherwise A+

Wasn't sure if I needed it. Now use it everyday.
I passed by this leg roller on the website so many times without even considering buying it. Then one day my kids wanted to do Nordic Curls and this leg roller seemed like the cheapest answer. Now that I have the roller I use it every day for ten different things. I use it more than the Ohio bar. What vision I lacked to not get this sooner.
