Great for your knees!
I bought these because I am in my late 30's and lift for strength and power with high weight. I was noticing some pain in knee not due to bad form, but just from the intensity and due to aging I believe. I tried these over the 5mm because I am squatting in the 400's and plan to break 500 soon and wanted good support for my knees. These feel great, snug not too tight, I got the size under my measurement (for comp. feel). I definitely feel great squatting in these. I use during deadlift as well. No aches like I had before. Great product and worth the price for the quality.

Perfect!
I have been wearing these knee sleeves for a few weeks now, and they are amazing. I wanted them to fit fairly tight so I ordered the size accordingly based on the sizing chart. My knees feel so much better on the squat and most all movements. The camouflage is certainly very cool as well! Great product!

Great support but ea. One feels different
I’ve got a set of 7mm and 5mm and and you can tell that the sizes aren’t exact. It has the feeling is if you are wearing a 5mm on one knee and 3mm on the other even though they clearly look the same size. And yes both legs measure the same. Other than that it seems to be great quality and good support besides the fact one sleeves had slightly less support.

Camo Knee Sleeves from God
These camo sleeves are made from an arrow quiver off of God's back. Excellent durability, support, and maneuverability like the recently invented, Squatty Potty. Recommended buy if you ever want to beat Thor in a competition and want to become virtually invisible to Death Eaters.

Don't ever squat without these.
I've been exercising since I was 19 years old. After squatting with these for a few weeks, I wish I had had these when I was 19 instead of 38. They help keep knees aligned, and absolutely keep them warm, and ready to work.

I have went YEARS thinking knee sleeves were a waist of money and couldn’t help that much. Man was I wrong. These things are like magic on my knees. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Knee sleeve
I measured large and going by past reviews I went down a size to medium
This was the best decision I made as large would have been way too big
The medium are very good for most stuff but I would have got away with even the small size for best support lifting heavy
Best option is 2 pairs
Go down a size for general use
Go down 2 sizes for lifting heavy
