Post Landmine

A Versatile Landmine Workout with Just a 2 Plate Set-Up

Rogue’s Post Landmine offers a simple, portable solution for increasing an athlete’s overall explosiveness and range-of-motion. Equally suited for garage gyms and professional training centers, this freestanding version of our standard Rogue Landmine requires only a pair of stacked bumpers or 45-pound metal plates for mounting-- meaning you won’t need an existing rig, rack, or squat stand to start an angled barbell training regimen.

Built in the USA, the Post Landmine features a 7-gauge steel, 10-inch bar insert sleeve that will fit the majority of standard Olympic barbells. This sleeve is designed to pivot 360 degrees in a fluid motion, which is essential for rotational training exercises like the landmine press, landmine row, or standing barbell Russian twist.

If you’d prefer to mount a landmine to an existing Rogue power rack, rig, or squat stand, see our standard Rogue Landmine

Note: The Post Landmine’s 7.25” base post can also be mounted in the upright openings on the Rogue Dog Sled

Clever way to create landmine training
Love this landmine post. Works a treat. I use it in a plate stack as my garage doesn’t have space for a power rack. It certainly held fast through a session of rowing and half kneeling shoulder press. There was a little slippage, I didn’t feel it, but could see marking on the plates. Worked perfectly for me. In conjunction with the handle it was a great investment

Brilliantly made
I purchased this after reviewing tons of landmines. I decided to go with this one due to the longer supporting collar. This is a perfect design.

Great addition to the home gym
I bought this to do accessory work while working with my home gym. It's been a great addition and has vastly increased the variety of exercises I can do with my basic set up.

Easy to use and well worth the $
We debated between the post or rack attached landmine, ultimately "settling" for the post due to space constraints, but it was the best decision. Having the option to move it around our garage and use in different spaces while someone else is using the rack is awesome. Once you put it in the plates it's not moving. And if you're lifting super heavy, you can push the plates against a wall for extra stability. But it's just a great product - sturdy, reliable, and performs really well - unlocks so many new exercises too!

Bad packing/powder coat issue
Received my landmine yesterday, I thought uh oh, box was in rough shape. The landmine was pretty beat up from just being loose in a box. I figure oh well, it’ll get beat up anyway. Then I notice the powder coat wasn’t applied to the inside rim of the tube and a spot on the outside of tube. Bummer, but it’s a landmine, it’ll get used and be great. However, I think it is fair to have expectations when paying top dollar for a premium piece of equipment, so this was disappointing.

Pretty good
Pretty good. Put the barbell in close to the floor like you would a plate. If something isn’t clicking check out the videos. I did lubricant mine and it seemed to help

Rouge landmine sleeve
Great piece of equipment from Rouge. I like the simplicity of the landmine sleeve. Works great with 2-3 bumper plates. Well designed piece of training gear.
