Mobility Stick Cradle

Not compatible with the 30" Mobility Stick

Mobility Stick Cradle - Black
16" Knurled Mobility Stick
16" Slick Mobility Stick

Mobility Stick Cradle

Designed for use with either the Knurled or Slick 16” Mobility Stick, this 2.75” tall cradle elevates and secures the massaging roller in a fixed position—creating better leverage for the athlete. The unit is available in black, and features a laser-cut, 11-gauge steel base with four rubber grommets for optimal stability and floor protection. It’s one cradle designed specifically not to rock.

For set up, simply place an existing 16” Mobility Stick in the cradle’s UHMW plastic grooves, then roll away. By having the mobility stick suspended and raised off the floor, it makes precision work easier and offers a better angle for targeting the hips and some of the larger muscle groups. Stick owners have been asking for an accessory like this, and we heard you.

The Mobility Stick Cradle is currently available in Black. The base includes both the Rogue and MobilityWOD logos laser-cut into the metal.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Another great mobility tool Got this a few days ago along with two 16" sticks (smooth and knurled). Like the Battlestar, this cradle makes the 16" sticks quite useful. The knurled stick doesn't spin as easily, but that's to be expected. This has been used everyday along with all of the other mobility tools from Rogue. The weight of the cradle is typical tank-built Rogue quality. It also stays put on a smooth floor and on carpet. I haven't seen too much wear into the UHMW cradle pieces from the knurled 16" stick. Also makes a great toe-stubber--so be mindful not to leave it out.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Works well enough, gets the job done A more rugged version, compared to the Battlestar. I like the weight of the mobility stick, as it makes rolling the tight muscles easier with some tactile response.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Bruh/Sis, be sure to get the cradle! As a super-fan of IASTM and Kabuki Strength products, I thought maybe getting the 16" stick with the cradle was super unnecessary. Uh... This is my favorite tool for self-IASTM recovery. I have the Kabuki Strength Boomstick and the Rogue 80lb DT Roller (along with the staples: lacrosse balls, and an assortment of foam rollers), but this has immediately been elevated to priority-use for me. If you're thinking about getting the 16" stick at all (smooth/knurled--doesn't matter [get the knurled]), spend the little extra bit to get the cradle; it's incredible for posterior self-IASTM practices.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Hurts So Good There are a few reviews here and on for the Mobility Stick that claim they are incompatible. I wanted to leave an updated review as Rogue seems to have rectified this oversight; they work together very well. The cradle is awesome and the rubber feet make it super-stable. I've had luck with using it on tile floors and even my coffee table (for my arms) with no slippage. The bar ends are also free of any knurling so it snaps securely into the cradle and spins freely. The Mobility Stick alone is awesome, too. The weight is perfect. My only real complaint is that I didn't order a smooth stick in addition to the knurled stick. Maybe a sweet package deal will be available in the future with both sticks and a cradle.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best mobility device ever. Mobility cradle + knurled stick. This is probably the best mobility device ever. You can hit pretty much any place on the body with the brute force you need to final get some relief. I'm particular fond of using it for calves, hip/TFL/quads, shoulder/pec interface, as we as the QL. I'm not sure if this is a redesign, but to respond to many of the comments about the knurled bar not spinning well in the cradle, I think it spins the perfect amount actually. There's a tiny bit of resistance needed to spin it, but it's the perfect amount that complements the knurling and really digs into those tissues.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from there's a better way... I have the cradle, both 16" sticks, and the 30" stick. I find the 30" stick on 2x4's (instead of books) is the best option (screw together two 2' long 2x4's, then put one assembly on each side - the bar rolls, it's at the same height as the cradle holds a bar, and you have plenty of room.) I may be missing some benefit of the cradle and 16" sticks over the 2x4's and the 30" stick, though.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Better than average, but not what I expected Truthfully, I wasn’t sure what I was hoping for here. The mobility stick is fine, and did what I wanted. It was portable and I could use it in the office or the train. I was hoping the stick with cradle would be better for the thighs, inner and outer, including hams, and groin. It’s okay, but because I had the 80 and 120mm supernova already, it didn’t help much, if at all. I find that the supernovas depending on the area of interest is enough to hit the tight spots. The other thing is that I can’t really use the stick and cradle for the back and the lats. I would have purchased the battle star instead if portability were not a requirement. I still use the stick with the cradle, but I don’t really need to.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Knarled bar is not compatible with the cradle. I love the mobility stick and the idea of the cradle. Unfortunately, I spent a lot of money on a product that's not compatible. Sepratly I give them 5 sarts!! I guess I will have to buy the other stick to see if it works. Follow up review soon to come!! Thanks Rogue!!
