The Rogue log has some issues. The product arrived quickly, BUT with an obvious dent on the bottom from someone dropping it on a sharp corner. Powder coating was sloppier than I would expect from such an expensive price tag, especially on handles. Inside of the laser cut rogue letters you can see that the sleeve did not get coated with powder coating and remains bare metal. It seems durable enough. It's a basic quality log from rogue. Durable, but not impressed with the finish or the handling of the product before it arrived at my door.

I’ve tried many logs and this is for me the best I’ve used. It is very well balanced, well designed, good grip (slightly wider) and overall a very high quality product as you could expect from Rogue. It is worth the investment.

Really like the fell and look of this log (Rogue lazer cut logo and no sticker) Paint\powder coat is holding on great Handels are perfect size and don't slip even when my hands get sweaty. Reasons for 4 stars is because the way the welds are on the sleeves kind of makes it difficult to lock plates in tight. Also it should be 1” longuer in between the sleeves that way it would fit in a power rack (maybe the lenght is to a industry standard?). And I would love if it didn’t need axle collars With all that said I would still buy it again

We've had this thing since early January. I'm a 5'5 female with an arm span to match. The handles are a little wide for my liking, but it only makes close gripped logs easier to use in competition, so no big deal. The powder coating sticks to my clothing really well when I clean it, but we did notice a few chips on a few of the edges. It's not stored outside or in a damp place, so we're not too concerned. There's definitely cheaper places to get a log, but this is something we plan to keep for life, so it made sense to go with one that could take a beating. All-in-all I'm happy with the purchase.
