Y-2 Rogue Yoke

Y-2 Rogue Yoke

Part Yoke, Part Sled, Part Power Rack

We’ve equipped the Y-2 Rogue Yoke with 2x3" 11-gauge steel uprights, a 750-pound plate storage capacity, and durable skid feet designed to handle sled pushing and dragging exercises. At nearly two feet taller than the Y-1 model, the Y-2 also features an adjustable crossbar that will work not only for a classic yoke carry or Zercher carry, but for fat-grip pull-ups and ring exercises.

With additional functionality as a bench press and squat stand, the American-made Rogue Yoke could serve as an all-in-one option for a new home gym or as a versatile addition to a full-scale pro or collegiate weight room.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best home gym investment I bought this to replace my old not so great squat rack and to use as a yoke for my new journey into strongman. It is so much more than a yoke although it works awesomely for that too. I added the infinity spotter arms and I can do anything with this, from bench and squat to stone or keg over bar and much more. Almost every workout utilizes the Y2 in some shape or form. Great quality and fast shipping, if your short on space and want one rig to do it all than this is it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Like everything else rogue Solid and well thought out. Recently moved and needed to move my gym from inside a garage to my backyard now and sold my RML rack and grabbed this yoke for a little more flexibility and portability and couldn’t be happier. Extremely modular, pretty much anything you can do with a power rack you can do with this yoke. The center bar is very thick though so if you use it for pull-ups beware your forearms are gonna get jacked

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Well Built, Versatile for Garage Gym Probably the best bang for the buck if you need a squat rack for a garage gym, because you get the flexibility of using it as a yoke, fat bar pullups, and the plate storage. And it's a rock solid squat rack. As expected with Rogue, it's built like a tank. Unless you know you need the height of the Y-2 (for pullups or because you are tall), I would actually recommend the Y-1. With one person in a normal size garage (8ft ceilings), the Y-2 is pretty tough to break down with one person. I think the Y-1 with the shorter uprights would be easier. But overall, I'm super happy with it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Y2 Yoke I am just starting my garage gym and just happened to see Josh Bridges recommendation to buy a yoke due to the versatility. He was correct. Yoke, moveable squat/bench rack, pull ups, toes to bar, etc. As with all Rogue stuff I have had a chance to use so far the quality is top notch. I recommend it to anyone starting out.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A lot of versatility for the space I've had it for over a year, and train in a garage behind my row house at the end of an alley in Baltimore City (very limited space). I can do yoke, pressing (no issues with a 2 inch axle fitting in the hooks, zerchers, stone\sandbag\keg over bar (we've loaded stones up to 400 lbs and the cross member has stood up to the challenge), push/pull sled, and just about everything else. Hands down the most versatile rig out there. I have two comments ... the side storage pins are nice, but we just hang gym belts\wrist wraps over them because the plates get bumped when squatting (if you have a shallow walkout), and the storage on the feet aren't friendly if you have a wider stance. Tip: spring for the safety arms (for log pressing, mostly). You can buy a knockoff from an unnamed competitor (starts with a t and ends in itan), but I'll guarantee that it won't hold up like the Rogue equipment (top notch, and Made in the USA). I can't recommend/praise this particular piece of equipment highly enough if you're a strength athlete with limited training space.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Yoke Bought this a couple of months ago to replace my squat rack. Easy to assemble and very sturdy. Fit and finish is top notch--way better than the competition that I've seen. I'm glad to have the extra height with the Y2 so that running into the cross-member when squatting is not an issue. I'm very pleased with it, and it suits my needs well. It's not the best squat rack replacement in the world though. If you have a wide stance, you have to keep plates off the front of the yoke, or be prepared to walk way out with the weight. Plates off the front of the yoke, however, allows the front feet feet to slide when you re-rack. Also the cross-member can be difficult to move up and down. The uprights want to lean. Since the sleeves on the cross-member are pretty closely toleranced, which is good, because it provides good stability for the assembled yoke, the uprights don't have to lean far to stop the cross-member from being able to slide. So forget breaking this thing down frequently by yourself to save space between workouts.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Completely Universal For those wondering, as long as you put plates on the pins you can use a matador on the outside of the yoke. I use it like this all the time. Aside from this, the yoke makes for an awesome all-around piece of equipment. I took my thick cross-bar off and added a pull-up bar (since I stopped using it as a yoke) and it is even more stable.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome centerpiece to my home gym. After debating on whether to purchase a rack or the yoke, I decided on the yoke and I’m glad I did! It’s very versatile and acts as my squat rack, bench station, and pull-up station. It’s built solid and is the centerpiece to my home gym. Great Product!
