Six Months Out From The 2024 Olympics With Rogue Athlete Kyle Snyder

Already one of the most decorated competitors in USA Wrestling history, Rogue athlete Kyle Snyder believes some of his greatest accomplishments are still ahead of him as he sets his focus on the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris. At the age of 28, the former Buckeye has managed to stay at the top of his sport for a decade, with a gold medal at the 2023 Pan-Am Championships as recent evidence.

“My strength training program is my biggest tool for longevity,” Kyle told us. “It keeps me healthy; I always feel fresh when I come into the wrestling room. I know I’m getting stronger, so that gives me a lot of confidence, so then I can just wrestle as hard as I can.”

With an Olympic Gold (2016) and Silver (2020) already in his collection, there will be no “moral victories” in the cards for Snyder in 2024. “My goal for Paris is to win the Gold Medal and to dominate,” he says.
