Rogue P-4 Pull-Up System
Manufactured in the USA using the same 11-gauge steel as our full-scale rigs and racks, the versatile Rogue P-4 Pull-Up System is a single, compact unit optimized for wall mounts and ceiling mounts*. Once anchored securely to concrete or wood studs, the P-4’s pull-up bar will be positioned at a 30” depth from the wall/ceiling.
The complete P-4 Pull-Up System comes standard with a 52” Pull-Up Bar, and can serve as a dependable rings station, as well. If you want to expand the set-up for more athletes, you can daisy-chain additional brackets together by spacing them out 3-4 feet apart, then running a single 1” steel tube/1.25” OD pipe through all of the brackets (5 brackets, for example, would create a 16-foot pull-up bar). In most cases, this type of pipe can be purchased at your local hardware store.

Built Like a Sherman Tank
I've got a Door Jammer in the house and a P-4 in my garage. Easy to put up, does everything it should. Like all other Rogue stuff; Built like a Sherman Tank.
Only complaint and not limited to this item - I've ordered several items from Rogue over the past few years, almost all of them have had damaged external packaging/ripped boxes.

Over 20 Years!
I've been using a 1 inch barbell attached to basement framing with plumbing hangers for over 20 years as my pull-up bar. It worked but was never ideal. When I began looking for a real pull-up bar I found the P-4 pull-up system from Rogue. It is awesome!!! It is a pleasure to use. It is incredibly well built. Thank you Rogue. Don't wait until you are 64 years old to get quality equipment.

Fantastic build quality and super solid if installed properly. I have mine drilled into masonry and it’s great. Word to the wise though hire a professional to put this into concrete/brick— I did this and couldn’t be happier with it

Good Quality
The Rogue P-4 does what we need. It is well built and finished nicely. I am glad I chose it because I considered buying the steel and welding myself. That would have cost more and consumed a significant amount of time.

Wow, tough, rugged, and easy to install
Sturdy enough to give me confidence doing pullups aggressively. Mounted in my garage 8' off the floor. Has enough space from the wall to not worry about bumping into anything. I do a set or 2 when leaving/arriving through the garage daily.

I bought this system 6wks ago. It's a solid piece of equipment! I mounted the pull-up system into my rec room wall (standard 2x4 stud) with the recommended fasteners. It doesn't move!
